Class 2 Digital Signature Certificate
Class-2 Certificates are issued as Managed Digital Certificates to partners/ affiliates/employees/ customers of business & government organizations that are willing to verify the accuracy of the information submitted by their partners/ affiliates/ employees/ customers.
These certificates will be issued for both business personnel as well as private individuals use. These certificates will assure that the information in the application shared by the applicant does not conflict with the information given in well-recognized consumer databases.
This level is highly recommended in the environments where risks and consequences of data compromises are moderate. This may include transactions that havesignificant monetary value or risk of fraud or involving access to the buttoned-up piece of information where the possibility of malicious access is substantial.
Documents required for Class 2 Digital Signature Certificate – Individual
- Applicant’s Pan Card (Photocopy)
- Applicant’s self-attested passport-size photograph (Signature across photo)
- Cop of Address Proof (Voter ID or Passport or Driving License or Aadhaar)
- Note: Application & Signature should be in BLUE INK only. All the documents have to be self-attested and should also have Gazetted Officer or Bank Manager or Head Post Master – Seal & Signature along with the attestation Officer Name & Contact number. (Please go through Guidelines document).
